Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Calibration Technician to join their team. As a Calibration Technician, you will be part of the Process Team supporting the Analytical Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Calibration Technician

Location: 100% on-site in Holly Springs and Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range: $35-$45/hr based on experience

What's the Job?

• Complete calibrations, qualifications, and preventive maintenance with accurate GxP documentation.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

• Identify and report safety issues at the work site, ensuring a safe working environment.

• Assist in managing small projects and supervise technicians on those projects.

• Provide effective solutions to client needs and communicate effectively with clients.

What's Needed?

• Experience in calibration and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment.

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and GxP documentation.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop client relationships.

• Proven ability to identify potential business opportunities at client sites.
