The purpose of the role
Provide first line support to theGroup President, with a focus onstrategy,operations, and businessperformance.

Job Summary
Support D, E &I agenda across the business.
Support theGroup Presidentin delivering keyobjectives.
Provide strategic insight and guidance to the MD’s and Functional Leaders, with an overarching responsibility fordriving operational excellence, managingriskand supporting business leaders in driving exceptional client outcomes.
Grow and cultivate CBRE’sproductbase,cultureand behaviors sothe business positively contributes to the growth and financial performance ofGWSand theoverallbusiness.
Lead company and statutory Health, Safety and Quality compliance andstandards
Act as senior counsel working collaboratively with other business leaders. Ensure alignment with the CBRE GWS business ensuring strategic outcomes are achieved.
Work with the Executive Leadership to contribute to the broader growth and development of GWSDCS.
Assistin the development of strong leaders with capabilities to own and enable the execution of theDCSstrategy within the business and on accounts.
Support the profitable growth ofDCSthrough participation and leadership in new business pursuits whenrequired.
Lead the transition of key strategic projects that effect the wider CBRE business.
Collaborate with other service lines, divisional leadership,platformand other functional departments when an integrated service delivery model is proposed or in operation. Minimize business interruptions and increase overallDCSaccount performances, through the promotion and utilization ofDCS’ best practices and processes that enable operational excellence.
Lead the support functions in driving business improvements, innovation, creating simplicity and transparency and where possible ensure good governance is achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy
Work with theGroup Presidentto define the needs of the business and customers, embedding these intothe business linestrategy.
Support the Group President in creatingabusinessstrategy which meets customer needs and delivers operational excellence and cost efficiencies.
Monitor and measure the delivery and effectiveness of thebusinessstrategy,spottingchallenges and rectifyingrisksearly-on.
Chair the Critical Fewprogramminimizing risk to the business and delivering change swiftly.
Chair the Projects MMM including and not limited to order book/revenue reviews.
Be involved in periodic Divisional Review meetings to keep up to date with the business opportunities and challenges.
Visit key contracts every month to understand opportunities and challenges that are facing the teams.
Work closely with divisions to ensure their business plans meet the need of the overallbusiness
Measure,monitorand report on adherence to the legal and corporate requirements,take remedial action wherecompliance is notevident.
Create a culture of quality, innovation, and cross-divisional exceptional quality and innovation.
Own assigned businessP&L, taking full responsibility for all spend.
Attract,developandretainemployees so the functions have talented specialists whoare able toadd maximum value/return on investment to the business followingD,E& I Processes.

Education
Higher educational qualifications to A levelor degree of relevant discipline
10 years industry or relevant business leadership experience.
Desirable
Master’s degree or MBA

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center Solutions Americas President position is $225,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Data Center Solutions Americas President position is $340,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
