West Virginia Employer Maintenance Person in Rainelle, West Virginia
REQUIREMENTS: 18 years of age or older. Must be able to follow written instructions. Valid driver's license(BFOQ: required to drive company vehicle.) Pass drug test and criminal background check upon offer of employment. Must have at least 6 months experience in light electrical, plumbing and/or general carpentry. JOB DESCRIPTION: Full time position, must be available on-call for emergencies. Will be keeping up 76 units in Rainelle, Rupert, Quinwood, and Orient Hill. The Maintenance Person will work three complexes in Beckley, WV. Main office will be in Rainelle. Will be keeping up property appearances, paint/patch drywall, mow grass, weed eat, snow removal, general carpentry, other duties as assigned. May have to attend an occasional out of town training. Rate of pay is $10.50 an hour. Paid holiday. Sick, and annual leave and insurance after 90 days.
