Responsibilities As a Precision Beta Test Manager, you will lead and provide direction for all pre-commercial testing initiatives for product development programs. Overall, the Precision Beta program has responsibility for CaseIH, New Holland, Steyr, and Raven products. Working closely with Precision Product Validation teams, you will provide the business with customer readiness status of CNH products enabling go-to-market decisions. BETA PROGRAM PROCESS MANAGEMENT Define, maintain, and improve processes standardizing delivery for the Beta program. Keep abreast of new developments in the fields of testing methods, standards, and applications. Remain aligned with Product Validation teams on testing methods and customer test coverage. Build and maintain strong relationship with commercial and brand organizations to provide value in Beta test result. Deliver best in class communications to all stakeholders clearly and succinctly summarizing Beta customer feedback. BETA PROJECT LEADERSHIP Lead and manage beta and customer projects/programs as assigned. Collaborates with Technical Product Management Team to assigned beta projects.
