Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of CyberArk’s centralized key management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

  • Manage the lifecycle of cryptographic keys, secrets, and credentials, including generation, storage, rotation, and revocation, using CyberArk.

  • Collaborate with IT, security, and development teams to integrate CyberArk key management with various applications, databases, and cloud services.

  • Automate key management processes and workflows to enhance security and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to key management and data protection.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of CyberArk key management solutions.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for key management processes, configurations, and best practices.

  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure proper use and understanding of CyberArk key management tools.

  • Stay current with advancements in CyberArk technologies and key management best practices to continuously improve the security posture of the organization.

  • Perform installation, configuration, integration, and administration of CyberArk solutions, including Privileged Access Security and Identity and Access Management.

  • Implement, manage and maintain CyberArk components including Vault, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, and Password Vault Web Access.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for the CyberArk environment.

  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to CyberArk platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CyberArk solutions in line with business needs and security requirements.

  • Participate in CyberArk upgrade and migration projects.

  • Ensure that CyberArk solutions adhere to security policies and standards.

  • Provide training to IT teams on the use of CyberArk solutions.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the CyberArk environment.

  • Complex troubleshooting, Root cause analysis, performance tuning, Tuning, diagnostics, and maintenance of IT security related Equipment

  • Ensuring adherence to process.

  • Following the SLA’s and procedures already defined for security device management.

  • Procedures and KB, known incident resolution, Known Error handling.

  • Hands on experience and ability to do Root cause analysis, Problem & Capacity Management

  • As an active member of the team, monitor and process response for security events on a 24x7 basis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and managing CyberArk solutions, with a focus on key management and secrets management.

  • Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, including encryption, key generation, and secure storage.

  • Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) solutions, particularly the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Credential Provider (CCP), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).

  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to enhance key management workflows.

  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, and how they relate to key management.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to key management and CyberArk integration.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer, CyberArk Defender).

  • Experience with cloud-based key management services and integrations (e.g., AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault).

  • Knowledge of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and their integration with CyberArk.

  • Experience in a leadership role, managing or guiding teams in key management projects.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH, Cloud – Azure, GCP, AWS) are a plus.

  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to assimilate, understand and utilize various security technologies.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and translate high level objectives into detailed tasks.

  • Ability to prioritize work with multiple, simultaneous work assignments.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.

  • Experience documenting business processes or technical procedures preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
