This position is for an Electrician III with a company located in Quitman, MS.

Summary: The Senior Instructional Designer will work with the Instructional Design team to create and maintain training materials for clients and internal associates; In addition to those responsibilities, this role is responsible for the success of the Dealer Learning Center (LMS) by: creating and maintaining the training content, providing training dashboards and updates for Trainers, managing and updating the LMS with learning plans, rosters and completion dates, evaluating LMS effectiveness and usage, and working closely with the RTS Training Manager to adapt curriculum to ensure success; This role will also oversee and maintain the Internal Knowledgebase in Salesforce to ensure content is created and current.

Duties and Responsibilities Include: Instructional Designer - designing training for new products, analyzing solutions for training challenges and operational needs, designing eLearning courses; Subject Matter Expert - answering questions for the field teams, troubleshooting minor issues before reporting to support, and assisting field personnel in delivering information to customers; Instructional Design Coach -- observing and giving feedback to other members of the Content team who are creating training materials; Provide feedback and track success to be reported to management; Schedule Administrator -- create and update calendars for all new hire classes; This will include coordinating with leadership and presenters; LMS Administrator -- track course completion rates, manage content on the LMS by auditing existing content, identifying areas of need, and working closely with the Manager of Instructional design on the creation of new content; Mobile LMS Administrator -- Create and upload content for the mobile LMS.

Requirements and Qualifications Include: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; 2 years experience with degree / 6 years experience without degree.
