VCA New Kent Animal Hospital is looking for an energetic, supportive, and team-oriented customer service representative to join our team! We are hiring for a full-time position, but part-time will also be considered.

Candidates must have a positive attitude, good work ethic, compassion for people and pets, thrive in a fast paced environment, and have the ability to provide our clients with an amazing customer service experience at every visit and with every phone call. Excellent communication skills is a must.

Knowledge of basic veterinary medicine and customer service experience are highly desired, but not required. Candidates must have the ability to multitask and attention to detail is vital.

Hospital hours: Monday through Friday 7:30a-6p, Closed Saturday & Sunday

We do not offer boarding services, so no overnight or after-hours kennel work required.
