Mass Cable Connect Cable Technician in Quincy, Massachusetts
We are looking for a Cable Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in technology who are ready to take on tasks related to the installation and maintenance of cable systems and who want to grow within a dynamic company. ? Requirements: o Social Security Number and Driver\'s License o Basic English skills o Clean record (no unpaid fines or drug issues) o Background check before hiring o Experience as a cable technician is a plus (we are open to candidates with basic technical skills). o Basic skills in using tools (screwdriver, drill, pliers). o Willingness to learn and perform physical tasks. o Strong communication skills, customer-friendly attitude. o A valid driver?s license and willingness to travel within the city. ? Conditions: o Average daily income of \$200-\$400 o Qualified training provided o Year-round employment o Opportunities for professional growth o Convenient and flexible work schedule o Option to work with a personal vehicle or a company vehicle Responsibilities: o Connecting equipment and installing cable lines for internet provider clients o Installing TV, internet, and phone services o Install, set up, and maintain Xfinity cable equipment (internet, TV, phone). o Inspect and test equipment to ensure reliable performance. o Assist customers with equipment usage and answer any questions they may have. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site promptly. o Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety standards. Schedule: Looking to find people willing to work five days per week with flexibility to choose their own workdays. Possible to work six or even seven days if desired. Working hours are from 8am to 4or 6pm. 2.Training and Language: We are prepared to train future candidates. The main concern is the language barrier. It is naturally easier for us to work with fellow Ukranian or English speakers because we can communicate in a common language. For candidates who speak a different language, the key requirement is that they can understand us, ask questions when needed, and comprehend responses correctly.
