    JOB SUMMARY

  • This position is responsible for the request for proposal and bid preparation, serve as a liason between vendors and the organization to resolve issues, analysis of RFP responses, proposal analysis, contract tracking and maintenance, contract compliance tracking, supply chain savings tracking, and making recommendations to management regarding contract proposal analysis.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education/Training/Experience:

  • REQUIRED:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow oral and written direction.

  • Must have a high level of experience with computer application skills.

  • Must have experience with contract administration, development, negotiations, tracking and compliance.

  • Must be a critical thinker and problem solver.

  • Must be able to meet timelines and be customer-service focused and detail oriented. Adapts to changes in the work environment.

  • Manages competing demands.

  • Changes approach or method to best fit the situation.

  • Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

  • PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Purchasing experience

  • License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
