JOB SUMMARY
The Office Coordinator is a professional that oversees the daily operations and communications of the office. The Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting Provides administrative duties, managing office equipment and supplies, answering phone, assisting catering requests equipment, and support team members. The Office Coordinator will assist with scheduling appointments and management of meetings, as needed.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Health System.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent degree.
Interpersonal relationship skills
Strong communication skills, verbally and written
Microsoft office skills
PREFERRED:
Associates Degree
