Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production team supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer (US)

Location: Quincy, IL

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Ensure products are Food Safe and produced according to Quality Standards.

• Report any Food Safety issues to immediate supervisor.

• Inspect machinery before use and report any issues with machinery prior to or while running to immediate supervisor.

• Ensure that all products are labeled correctly, and Lot codes are on each product and ingredient.

• Assemble and disassemble machinery while following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures when cleaning and scraping.

What's Needed?

• Strong manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
