Manulife Anaplan Developer in Quezon City, Philippines

The opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Support the existing ANAPLAN models built for Workforce Management through modifications, enhancements, and bug fixes

  • Work directly with WFM Leaders to fully document all process and technical deliverables on potential new builds such as forecasting models and other WFM related reports

  • Ensure robust framework of controls in place across the ANAPLAN landscape

  • Enable end-users to engage with the models by incorporating dashboards and visualization

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or any course helpful in building software applications to support Workforce Management processes

  • 2+ years of experience on the following:

  • Designing and building cloud solutions

  • Basic knowledge in ANAPLAN, initially able to create simple models using the platform

  • Knowledge in R and Python since the models have dynamic data

  • MS-SQL Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Functions

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Office

  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills with a focus on high level of professionalism and customer service

  • Knowledge and understanding of Contact Centre and Back-office operations

  • Superior attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong documentation skills for functional specifications and presentations

  • Experience engaging with 3rd party vendors

  • Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills with the proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in assessing business issues and risks in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines

  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Tact and clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary to facilitate solutions and resolve problems

  • Nice to Haves:ANAPLAN Level 1 Model Builder certificationPowerBi or Tableau knowledge

  • Prior experience in working with offshore teams
