IBM Financial Operations Intern in Quezon City, Philippines

Your role and responsibilities
Financial Operations Intern
Required technical and professional expertise
Process invoices: PO and Non-PO invoice validation, tax coding, bar coding, scanning, encoding and filing. This includes loading of scanned invoices tracker to box, a web based storage.
Monitor invoices for rescan using Content Manager tool.
Perform Official Receipt vouching: encoding and scanning of Official Receipts. This includes pulling out of paid invoices and filing of the same.
Perform RTV (Return-To-Vendor) process.
Amenable to work onsite (3-4 days per week)
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferably Finance-related course
Preferred technical and professional experience
