Your role and responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. You will

work with various projects and clients, working towards client specifications. You will have a real passion for the philosophy of DevOps which you’ll be able to use to your advantage and

deliver value for our clients.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Must have Gitlab, Terraform, Docker, and Ansible experiences.

• Build and migrate new pipelines into GITLAB.

• Manage all Services through the incident ticket, problem ticket, Service Request process, or Agile (KanBan) work backlog item.

• Compose Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for on Prem and cloud infrastructure.

• Create Project Group, Infra and Deploy Projects in Gitlab based on approved patterns.

• Refine User stories to align with onboarding tasks and Dev team requirements and timelines.

• Build template onboarding story flows for pattern variants.

• Identify potential opportunities for automation.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Technical Development experience

• Demonstrated client interaction and excellent communication skills; both (written and verbal)

• Amenable to work on a client dictated schedule (Day, Mid and Night) and Location
