Responsible for the month end close and reporting as will be defined, according to the corporate timeline

Responsible for preparing quarterly forecast of the plant in partnership with operations

Responsible for preparing the annual STD Cost changes

Responsible for preparing AOP of the plant in partnership with operations

Responsible for CAPEX monthly tracking and CIP controls in partnership with operations

Responsible for the Annual PI Count in partnership with operations

Maintain internal controls and adherence to company policies and procedures, also participate as tester and Support to local SOX coordinator

Oversees reports regarding cash flow; ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.

Support annual SOX design assessment in partnership with operations

Responsible for preparing the monthly/quarterly reports - TBD

Support operations to achieve Inventory targets

Responsible for daily costing

Responsible for monthly and quarterly reconciliations

Lead annual Fixed Assets physical counts

Responsible for preparing OSMI & Shrink reserves and GRNI analysis

Leads productivity Projects in partnership with Operations

Monitors Inventory levels and takes action to improve Net Working Capital.

Supports internal and external audits.

Mexican statutory reporting

Ensures that the area of responsibility is staffed, skilled and engaged with the business

Oversees payroll processes and reporting

Reviews and approves payroll each pay period

Oversees AP processes and reporting
