Looking for a Bilingual Representative

Responsible in Receiving and sorting of items, shipping, handle import/export, distribution activities, and pack customers’ orders.

Creating database file for all items with minimal discrepancies.

Keep control the Inventory of checks, Enter all inbound and outbound shipments into the system

Excellent Customer service communication via phone, email, or mail

POD upload in system, ensuring that all items meet the established delivery times.

• Enter Cost transfer of all items to demonstrate all imports and exports.

Verify all OCASA AWB tracking (Import/Export) assuring items arrived at its destination.

Re-packing of items for distribution when is need it

Maintain all LOG controls

Use of USPS machine refill & inventory

• Coordinate with agent and branches in LATAM of any pick-ups or receiving of packages coming or going out of the local office.

• Daily verification of any discrepancies, (Import/Export) on SAP and inform of any delays or incident to the client. Enter delays of importation to the system.

• Will perform other duties as needed.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
