Schedule Options:
A Shift - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 8am - 9pm with a 1 hour break & Wednesday from 8am - 3pm with a 1 hour break B Shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 8am - 9pm with a 1 hour break & Wednesday from 2pm - 8pm
Built in Overtime with a blended rate of $18.86/hour

The primary responsibilities of a Direct Care Staff/Coach Counselor are to provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of female at-risk youth . **This is an active position - Direct Care Staff are "in the mix" with students at all times.
Coach Counselors provide for the physical, personal, and health needs of each student through individual counseling and behavioral/social/physical and educational skill development.
Coach Counselor’s provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students; monitor and document student behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
Coach Counselors work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan. standard level paraprofessional work in every aspect of the program operations.
