Rite of Passage Bilingual HR Generalist in Queen Creek, Arizona

We’re hiring a Bilingual HR Generalist at PASO Home Study/Post Release Services Program, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. What you’ll do:
Provides the human resource functions for the sites including hiring, and tracking all new hire trainings. These positions will be responsible for conducting background checks and fingerprinting on all potential applicants and employees in order to meet ORR policies/procedures, state licensing standards, and ROP polices/procedures. They will maintain accurate personnel records. The Human Resources Generalist will onboard all new staff, and provide benefits administration.
To be considered, you should:
Be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field and two years of Human Resources experience; or six years of equivalent experience as a Human Resources Generalist may be substituted. Master’s degree, certification and/or PHR are preferred.
Have a minimum of two years of human resources experience in employee relations, training and/or employment and knowledge of Federal and State employment law, Human Resources policies and practices and governmental licensing requirements.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
