We have an immediate opening for a

Senior Engineer - Advanced Technology Integrator, based in Quantico, VA, who will support the PM Expeditionary Radars Support Contract as a subcontractor to Alexandria (AI). This is an on-site position at Prime's facility in Quantico. Salary for this position will depend on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to integrate emerging technologies into established programs of record.
• Develop and present technical white papers and briefings to stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct testing of integrated products.
• Provide systems engineering expertise and technical leadership in Science and Technology (SandT) projects, including the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) process and other SandT initiatives.
• Collaborate with Naval and Marine Corps acquisition programs to ensure seamless technology integration into combat systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
• Minimum of ten years in related roles.
• Experience with SandT processes, including SBIR.
• Familiarity with organizations like ONR, MCWL, NAVSEA, and NSWC DD.
• Background in integration with Naval or Marine Corps acquisition programs related to combat systems.
• Military experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI

Additional Desired Experience

• Experience with PM Expeditionary Radars Support Contract and systems engineering for technology integration in defense programs.
• Knowledge of SandT processes, including SBIR, and experience with defense acquisition programs such as PEO Land Systems, NAVSEA, and MCWL.
• Background in modeling and simulation for combat systems, radar, or sensor technologies.
• Leadership capabilities in technical projects, with a focus on expanding technical solutions.
• Military experience with Marine Corps or Naval systems is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to live in Quantico, VA, and travel 20%.
