MSM Technology LLC Human Resources Manager in Quantico, Virginia
Position Description and Job Duties:
Assist in the day-to-day needs of the HR department including but not limited to:
o
Serve as a member of the HR team to address employee questions and concerns
o
Create content and communications to employees
o
Maintain compliance with employee files
o
Onboard and offboard employees
o
Escalate performance and related issues including support of disciplinary and termination activities
o
Manage the performance improvement process in conjunction with the Director of Programs
o
Coordinate/facilitate employee performance evaluations
Contribute to a positive culture including outreach with employees
Participate and support planning of corporate functions
Administer and model company policies, procedures, programs and philosophy
Administer HR programs and liaison with benefit brokers
Assist in open enrollment
Maintain HRIS database and run reports out of Paylocity
Maintain and share knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and federal/state employment laws that may affect the company and support associated compliance activities
Other relevant duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
5+ years of relevant HR experience; 3+ years preferred in government contracting
Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or relevant years of experience
Working with an HRIS system, Paylocity preferred
SHRM or HRCI certification required
