Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY :
The Director, Clinical Technologies will provide leadership and insight in all aspects of clinical technologies: portfolio innovation, customer demand generation, and salesforce upskilling.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead the design of Implant Direct’s digital workflow, and support innovation projects across the Implant Direct portfolio.
Partner closely with VP Sales, developing unique sales / marketing / education strategies to acquire high-value accounts.
Define and implement Implant Direct’s Key Expert program, working closely with the Education Director to identify and cultivate a new slate of KEs / speakers that represent the “new” Implant Direct.
Support internal HHE (health / hazard evaluation) reviews.
Develop training content (digital recordings, presentations) to upskill salesforce knowledge base on key topics in digital workflows, implant dentistry, and Implant Direct’s product portfolio.
The role requires cross-functional alignment with research & development, marketing, sales, product management, and education.
Job Requirements:
Possess an active US dental license.
Post graduate education for diagnostic procedures of adult rehabilitative dental prosthetics including the full range of implant supported restorations; encompasses clinical, radiological and laboratory assessment.
Post graduate education and clinical experience delivering surgical aspects of implant dentistry.
Post graduate education and clinical experience delivering the full range of implant restorative care and required dental laboratory support procedures; includes all routine treatment indications from a missing tooth to an edentulous arch.
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing end-to-end digital workflows in a clinical setting.
3+ years of demonstrated success partnering with dental manufacturers on sales & marketing strategies.
Deep knowledge of the US dental implant industry – competitors, product offerings, other market participants.
5+ years of excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to lead, coach, develop and inspire others while ensuring that the goals and objectives of the business are met.
Possess strong interpersonal, writing and organizational skills.
Experience managing high-profile relationships.

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
