The Senior Analyst, Talent Management role will support the Global Talent Management Center of Expertise (CoE) in the development and implementation of PepsiCo’s award-winning global talent assessment programs, including: global program communications, training, and participant management; assessing program impact and identifying areas for improvement through user feedback surveys; data analysis; and serving as a liaison and partner with external vendors and internal TM/OD/People (HR) professionals across the enterprise to build capability and execute the global agenda. It will have a special focus on our internal Leadership Assessment and Development Program (LeAD), a multi-trait multi-method assessment approach, across Sectors/Functions and various levels in the organization. Specifically, this role will oversee the first tier of the LeAD Program, the Potential Leader Development Center (PLDC), globally.Key customers and stakeholder include: Talent Management Teams, Corporate Senior Leaders and HR Operations, External Assessment VendorsResponsibilities* Program Coordination: Partner with Talent Management Leaders, Sector Teams, Global Business Services, and People Business Leaders to administer PepsiCo’s first tier of the Leadership Assessment and Development Program (LeAD), ensuring proper communication, training, and movement throughout assessment and feedback phases. In addition, assist with other tiers of LeAD and other leadership programs at PepsiCo.* Data Management & Analysis: Aid in the collection and review of program results and data for accuracy, deploy feedback surveys, analyze feedback, and explore program impact.* Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as Subject Matter Expert in leadership development processes, tools, and psychometrics, including leading training calls for program participants and TM leads. Also conduct necessary and strategic research on various topics/items for client interventions.* Content Creation: Assist in building and presenting resources for stakeholders, including capability building presentations and training modules for LeAD.* External Vendor Partnership: Work with psychological assessment vendors to support continuous improvement efforts and ensure the effective administration of PepsiCo’s Leadership Development programs.
