Job DescriptionOverviewWork shift: M-F (hybrid) The Accounting Operations Assistant Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of customer-based payments, reporting and financial activity and high-level analytical support to sales, finance and other partners.ResponsibilitiesJob Description:* Validate and prepare payment packages based on data provided by sales.* Ensure supporting documentation is compliant with PBNA internal policy.* Generate Star2 & ERT sales reports to analyze account performance.* Prepare Periodic scorecards* Perform period and year end close tasks.* Participate in GCS & KPMG Requests* Monitor year end accruals for risk/opportunities to budget.* Perform quarterly forecast v actuals analysis.Compensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $76,500 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.QualificationsSkills:* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes* Ability to function well in a team environment* Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests* Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner* Ability to handle multiple priorities* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various software applicationsEducation & Experience: * 1-3 Years’ job-related experience* Bachelor’s degree in AccountingEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
