Systems Administrator
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Type: Full-Time
Onit, Inc. seeks a Systems Administrator to manage diverse IT infrastructure across global locations. This role involves overseeing Windows and macOS environments, onboarding/offboarding processes, access management, and daily IT operations. The administrator will also contribute to IT projects for efficiency, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain business applications on Windows and macOS devices.
Troubleshoot operating systems, video conferencing, hardware, and software issues.
Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and user accounts (Active Directory, Azure AD).
Enforce access control policies and maintain device security (MDM with JAMF/Intune, CrowdStrike).
Complete ownership of Onboarding and Offboarding process.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity platforms.
Implement and enforce access control policies for file systems, cloud services, and internal applications.
Good knowledge and experience in SharePoint, Teams, JAMF, Azure, Microsoft licensing, Slack, Ring Central, Cloudflare, Logitech, NVR and CrowdStrike.
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
Manage hardware inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements globally.
Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate global repairs/replacements.
Handle IT projects like device refresh, SSO implementation, and remote work enablement.
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in user administration and end-user management.
Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, JAMF, Azure, Slack, RingCentral, and CrowdStrike.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Administrator Associate (MD-100, MD-101)
Apple Certified Support Professional
CompTIA A+ / Security
- ITIL 4 Foundation
