Overview:

As a Services Operations Specialist for Siemens Xcelerator Academy, you will craft, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, perform data analysis, and build visualizations to support business decisions. You will also provide user support and conduct data analysis to improve learning experiences. Additionally, you will manage platform activities such as course catalog updates, live training setups, user registration, and membership management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

• Perform data analysis to extract insights and support decision-making

• Build meaningful reports and visualizations to supervise key business metrics

• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions!

• Build, update, and maintain the course catalog on the Siemens Xcelerator Academy

• Setup Live trainings (online and In-center) on Siemens Xcelerator Academy platform

• Manage student registrations on the Siemens Xcelerator Academy platform, ensuring a smooth and flawless enrollment process

• Answering and resolving user queries submitted via mailbox and ServiceNow

• Assigning trials of XA memberships

• Redeem and provide access to the Learning membership to the users based on SAP order details.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field

• Solid grasp of data modeling

• Experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report creation

• Familiarity with data integration and connecting to various data sources

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills!

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices

• Proficiency in Excel

• Ability to work closely in a team environment

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and/or online education platforms

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
