Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Sr.Systems Engineer – Endpoint to be part of a global support team responsible for

supporting and advancing our global corporate computing environment. The Operations

team interacts with every aspect of our fast-paced, dynamic company, leveraging

modern technology and tools to service the needs of our users and the company. The successful candidate will be charged with defining future

strategies with modern endpoint management, implementing security best

practices and automation of processes. The ideal candidate is technically proficient and carries an eager

attitude, complete professionalism, and excellent communication skills

Inthis role, you will . ..

• Microsoft Intune - Experience withmodernization strategies, Zero touch provisioning via Autopilot, Policymanagement, Mobile management, MSGraph and log analytics.

• AD/ Entra AD - Strong knowledge of ActiveDirectory, Group Policy, and Entra AD / Azure AD.

• Patch Management – Experiencewith regular Windows endpoint patching cycle via Microsoft security,quality, feature rollups, and Office365 updates.

• Application Packaging - Experience with packagingcustom and third-party applications for distribution.

• Experience withFlexera Admin Studio and PSADT a plus.

• Scripting – Advancedknowledge of PowerShell for management and automation.

• DesktopManagement Systems - Experience managing endpoint leastprivilege tools i.e. (Beyond Trust).

• MobileDevice Support – Managing Apple, Android, and other mobile devices via APP/MDM.

• SystemSupport –Providing hardware, software, network, and management tool support forWindows and Mac devices.

• Act as Tier 3 support for Mac and PC.

You’vegot what it takes if you have. ..

• 4 years of InTune administration & engineering. Administering and knowledge of Office365 applications (E.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra AD and/or Single Sign On (SSO))

• Bachelor’s degree, technical certificate or equivalent work experience

• Strong understanding of ITIL Foundations and prior administration of ITSM tools

• Expertise with MS Windows and Mac OS Operating Systems

• Must be a quick learner with exceptional communication skills

• Familiarity in creating test, migration, and delivery plans for delivering software and security policies globally.

Extradose of awesome if you have…

• PowerBI Experience

• HDI Certification

• IT Security Awareness – HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC II

• Other industry certifications.
