Powering the transformation to a data-driven organization, the Data Intelligence & Automation team of Smart Infrastructure provides data services and solutions to enable the business to use the power of their data.

You’ll break new ground by:

• You will be the Product Owner and main contact for all kind of CMP requests in our SI IT Value Center Data Analytics & Automation.

• You will ensure business outcomes by having a close collaboration with your stakeholders, translating business use cases into data and analytical deliveries that will be developed by the product team.

• The main work field will be the competitive program with digital office initiative within Smart Infrastructure.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• You have hands-on experience in Business Consulting and Data Analytics.

• A background in sales is a big plus.

• You have good communication skills and can adapt your language to the business context.

• You can familiarize yourself with business processes and challenges.

• Effective facilitation skills. Should be able to steer group discussions and lead meetings.

• Be able to support the business in the area of Data Engineering and Data Science.

• Service Management competencies including expectation and risk management.

• Knowledge of budgeting and financing of an IT Service.

• Close collaboration with the Portfolio Owner to support the data portfolio.

• Action orientated. Should be able to follow up persistently on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe).

• Proven experience in leading technical teams, and mentoring and overseeing offshore developers.

• Motivated to work in an international working culture (Europe, India, US).

• Coach and help to develop the team.

• Translate business requirements into technical tasks.

• Fluent in English.
