We are looking for an IT Professional - Provider, Contract and License Management

You’ll make a difference by:

• Support global license community from the cross-business units and IT department

• Maintain communication platform for license & provider topics.

• Support end user queries related to the licenses.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Provide standardized reports for the development of costs.

• Provide analysis for deviations between budgeted and actual consumption.

• Identify cost optimization potentials and manage resulting efficiency measures, e.g. for termination of unused licenses, or replacement of existing software with less expensive solutions.

• Support in planning budgeting & forecasting of licenses.

• Analyze large sets of data, interpret results and suggest actionable next steps within a predetermined framework.

• Maintain contracts in database, review contract due dates.

• Support in defining processes for Provider Management.

• Oversee software licenses to ensure compliance and optimize usage.

• Assist in the development of IT budgets, particularly in relation to contracts and licensing.

• Identify and manage risks associated with contracts and licenses.

You’ll win us over by:

• Experience : 2 to 5 Years

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration or a comparable education with relevant experience & skills.

• Hands on experience in reporting and analytics tools like advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau and/or any other analytics tool.

• Basic understanding of provider & contract management

• Experience with IT License Management

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments & regions

• General understanding of IT including trends, technologies

• Microsoft Office tools & collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, etc.

• Very good English skills (minimum C1)
