Position Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Growth Enablement Team (GET) is a robust sales support team with the goals of improving sales experiences, efficiency, and success rates. GET provides support across three key areas: technology, reporting and analytics; sales enablement and education (e.g., presentations, sales education); and prospecting and pursuit support. This remote team consists of US and India-based team members, and our team is eager to grow our India team.

The GET Associate pursuit position will work closely with the US-based healthcare GET and central enterprisewide Global GET to provide opportunity support to our sellers, primarily focusing on proposal, RFP, and orals support. This team member helps expand our time zone coverage for the healthcare industry.

A successful candidate will be able to manage various tasks with deadlines that often require a quick turnaround, have strong attention to detail and quality, and be personally motivated to support Huron sales goals.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists the onshore Growth Enablement Team with the following activities:

  • Assists with kick-off activities for sales pursuits (e.g., RFP, proposal, orals presentation), including Microsoft Teams set-up, template creation, and compliance matrix creation.

  • Supports the GET in sales pursuits as requested (e.g., adding bios, references, project performances, baseline content).

  • Performs final Quality Assurance (QA) Review on proposals and/or PowerPoint slides/presentations, including grammar, formatting, table of contents, etc.

  • Reviews and completes a QA Review for assigned projects for brand, voice, grammar, and style in accordance with Huron corporate brand guidelines.

  • Assists with graphic creation, editing, and formatting as requested by GET (e.g., align with Huron branding, template edits, graphic re-creation, copywrite-free photo search and editing).

  • Assists with RFx/proposal/orals presentation development process by pulling core base content (e.g., bios, project summaries), preparing reference requests, etc.

  • Assists with maintaining Huron’s sales asset management system, Seismic, through the close-out process and regular maintenance tasks.

  • Supports maintenance, organization, and upkeep of base content in the sales asset management system.

  • Completes advisory support requests, such as pulling proposal base content, previous submissions, and templates.

  • Leverages Salesforce to perform regular analyses, including case compliance, case volumes, opportunity advancements, opportunity wins, etc.

  • Enhances current layout designs and formatting for sales presentations, project summaries, and other sales assets.

  • Assists with GET initiatives that further support the practice and sales, as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

This position will require excellent attention to detail, expertise in MS Word and PowerPoint, and organizational skills. This individual must be deadline and detail-oriented and have the ability to collaborate across all levels and roles.

  • Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs) and Background

  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant business experience

  • Consulting or sales enablement experience preferred.

  • Proficient in written and oral English

  • Ability to work across time zones

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent effective working relationships

  • Strong proactive communication and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of varying work styles

  • Expert attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks with deadlines that often require a quick turnaround across a team

  • Ability to prioritize workload and to make strategic decisions about what to accomplish when faced with competing needs

  • Willingness to learn new tools, skills, and processes
