About The Team

You will be part of the RUN (L3 Technical Support) whose mission is to maintain customer applications, successfully deliver updates, and upgrades to customers, proactively monitor production environments and take actions to improve the overall user experience and the business value provided to our customers. The Support Team operates with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be part of RUN (L3 Technical Support) team and you should be able manage internal as well as client communication.

  • You’ll be involved in the triaging the customer and partner requests.

  • You will lead efforts for production fixes through configurations.

  • You will manage multiple clients and as SPOC you will be responsible in maintaining the production environment stability and availability as per SLAs defined in client contracts.

  • You have strong autonomy and good management of priorities.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor in Computer / Software Engineering , Master in Computer Application.

Skills You Need to Succeed:

  • At least 3 years' of experience in web-based software development and software deployment Processes.

  • Manage client relationships, self-driven, result oriented, and exceptional communication skills required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and at ease in a multicultural environment

  • Expertise on SQL (writing and analyzing).

  • Good to have C# troubleshooting and coding skills, however its not pre-requisite for the role.

  • Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, Procurement.
