Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience implementing leading EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions, including CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or Anaplan.

  • Experience working within a global delivery model, collaborating with colleagues across multiple geographies such as North America, Europe, India, and Singapore.

  • Specific expertise in Tagetik modules (Workforce Planning, Capex, Production Cost, ESG Reporting) with experience in both cloud and on-premises EPM solutions.

  • Functional knowledge in planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and cost management, and/or financial and management reporting.

  • Hands-on experience with strong client-facing capabilities and communication skills, capable of designing and building Tagetik configurations.

  • A team player who can effectively collaborate with colleagues to meet time-sensitive client deliverables.

  • Desired certification of Tagetik Pro level, with an intent to achieve Champion level within two years.

Additional Skills Required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish trust and collaboration.

  • Ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.

  • Flexibility to support clients in different time zones and provide overlap support for North American clients.

  • Strong analytical skills utilized to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.

  • A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.

  • A bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience is required by Huron.
