Job Description:
Engaging with users from all relevant aspects of business to implement and deploy Bentley’s ProjectWise and Autodesk’s BIM 360 Teams/Docs/ACC. This involves user interaction in all facets of our business.
Performing administrative activities such as configuration, troubleshooting, technical support including the maintenance of the various Datasources, environment templates, and work processes, along with developing and updating procedures that enable designers to work as an integrated team regardless of their location
Work with project and business stakeholders to create the new projects for ProjectWise and BIM 360 Administrator
Support ProjectWise Web and Mobile Services
Support Managed Workspaces and Environments.
Support ProjectWise 365 and hosted projects.
Support iModel Composition Server (DCS) with project teams: develop rendition profiles for PDF generation.
Support to support Deliverables Management; coordinate with project teams on transmittal templates and usage training.
Develop solutions to satisfy operational needs of the Design teams using ProjectWise
Troubleshoot system functionality errors that occur in the production environment, including root cause analysis, communicate with the user base regarding incident status, and recommend solutions to fix the issues
Deliver User and Administrator training
Handle pressure situations, especially when dealing with complex mega-project requirements across numerous stakeholders
Support major projects with little to no supervision, while coordinating and directing other administrators as necessary
Industry experience/awareness of ISO 19650
Willing to learn and pick up new knowledge with less supervision
Excellent in communication and writing skill (e.g., reporting project progress, proposal etc.)
Understands CAD & Engineering industry knowledge is an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience managing ProjectWise environment OR Autodesk BIM 360 (or similar systems) required.
It would be advantageous to understand relational databases, including administration, operation, and maintenance. Knowledge of SQL databases and SQL scripting
CAD Management and/or CAD/Industry knowledge an advantage.
Experienced with Bentley / Autodesk software suite related to the Plant industry will be a plus
ITIL Certification will be a plus.
Good to have skills:
PowerShell, Visual Basic, C programming experience
Ability to conduct technical training for the staff and clients
Bachelors degree in any engineering disciplne/Information Technology/Computer Science will be preferred.
