Available Title(s): 125B-YNCSNPS - Data Consultant 2 Business Title: Slate CRM Data Specialist Employee Type: Classified Position Details: The Opportunity: Join our team as a Slate CRM Data Specialist and play a crucial role in supporting the mission of the Office of International Programs (IP) International Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment (IUAR). In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and optimization of our programs and systems. You will perform regular system maintenance and monitoring to guarantee data integrity, implement new product features and integrate them with other systems, automate processes and develop queries to enhance operational efficiency, and generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in creating and maintaining documentation, process diagrams, and standard practices and procedures, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless operations, and manage information related to the regular operations of International Programs' use of Slate. Required Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree including college level course work in statistics and/or mathematics AND one (1) year of experience working as a Data Consultant 1 or equivalent OR equivalent education/experience. • Experience with Microsoft 365 platforms, to include Excel, Outlook, and Teams. • Two (2) years' experience managing/maintaining a system of electronic records or database. • Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM or similar CRM. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience providing student services or academic advising to students within an educational institution. • Experience with international admissions and/or student services. • Experience using SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS. • Experience with a ticketing or project management system like Jira. • Experience with WSU systems. This position has the option to work at a hybrid capacity.
