Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines. * Independently manage small projects and support large, cross-divisional initiatives. * Thrive under pressure, effectively handling multiple deadlines. * Monitor and report on key project metrics, including expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality measures. * Identify and promptly communicate project or scheduling issues to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: * Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. * Minimum of two years in project coordination or management. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong ability to communicate effectively both in-person and online. * Excellent writing, documentation, presentation, and speaking abilities. * Exceptional coordination, organization, and logistical skills. * Familiarity with project management techniques and terminology. * High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and proactively. * Capability to work cooperatively within a team environment. * Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). * Familiarity with MS Project and Visio. Salary Information $25.70 - $32.00 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level.
