Available Title(s): 1138-NNADMINPRO - Coordinator, 1138-YNADMINPRO - Coordinator Business Title: Administrative Coordinator | Hydrogen Hub Employee Type: Admin. Professional Position Details: Summary of Duties: The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of business and operational functions related to the Pacific Northwest Hydrogen Hub contract. Duties include budget development and management; fiscal operations oversight; financial reporting; subcontracts compliance oversight; and special events management and coordination. Additional responsibilities include project coordination for the Lead Principal Investigator and facilitation of a variety of assignments related to the PNWH2 Hub contract. The Administrative Coordinator serves as the primary contact for internal and external constituencies, often on complex issues. The scope of interactions includes other units within the University and external constituencies, such as federal agencies and private corporations requiring a high level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Required Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to area of specialization and three (3) years of experience directly related to the specialty area. • Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. • Experience managing and/or monitoring federal grants. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in higher education. • Familiarity with WSU policies involving personnel, travel and sponsored programs.
