In this hands-on role, you will safely operate and maintain the facility and all equipment to meet production schedules and minimize costs. You will be responsible for daily operations and maintenance of all equipment at the plant! Are you ready for your next career move?

How You’ll Make an Impact

Become a technical authority on assigned systems to include the following items:

• Identify required spare parts andperform preventative maintenance tasks.

• Prepare lesson plans, writemaintenance procedures and conduct staff training on systems.

• Identify required systemmodifications and prepare economic justification.

• Identify outage maintenance itemsfor planning purposes.

• Supervise outside contractors.

• Maintain existing system drawingsand review performance of plant equipment.

• Use the Computerized MaintenanceManagement System (CMMS).

• Solve, diagnose, and repair plantelectronic/pneumatic systems, T3000 control system and facility computers,process control equipment and instrumentation.

• Install, maintain, and repairelectrical components such as rotating electrical equipment, meters, motorcontrollers, switchgear, plant lighting and battery systems as required.

• Install and calibrateinstrumentation and control systems.

• Maintain a computer-basedinventory system.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of relevant electricalexperience required.

• A verified High school diploma orGED is required.

• Must be willing to work OT as needed (up to 10 hrs/ week including occasional weekends).

• Electrical Journeyman’s card ishighly preferred.

• Experience with maintaining andtesting medium/high voltage switchgear including their associatedprotection relays up to 161kV is preferred.

• Experience installing,maintaining, and repairing plant instrumentation, computers, electrical,electronic, and pneumatic control equipment.

• Experienced in outage maintenanceand planning is preferred.

• Qualified applicants must belegally authorized for employment in the United States and not requireemployer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employmentin the United States.
