The Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR),a Division of the Department of Workforce Services (DWS),is seeking two (2) motivated individuals with a disability to fill a part time,16-week,paid internship as a Receptionist - Work Ability Intern in our Provo office. Principle Duties The Receptionist - Work Ability Intern will perform the following tasks:
- Will work part time,20-32 hours per week.
- Assists with inbound calls from clients seeking resources or appointment scheduling.
- Assists with front desk reception duties.
- Provides general office support including copying,scanning,faxing and email communication.
- Assists with setup for applicant orientations.
- Assists with setup for any in-district meetings.
- Assists with vendor contacts and item purchase cost searches.
The Ideal Candidate The model applicant for this internship is someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Computer expertise using Word,Gmail and spreadsheet software.
