Summary:

Vivint’s Licensing Administrator position is a great full-time job for those living in and around the Utah County area. In a comfortable office environment, the Licensing Administrator is responsible for making certain that Vivint employees have proper licensure as required in various states. You’ll work as part of a team and have individual responsibilities. Organization & Communication skills are critical and will be put to the test in this role. The ability to follow processes at a detailed level is also key in this job.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand and enforce State licensing requirements

  • Process state license applications for Corporate, Sales and Service employees

  • Stay up to date on state processes and communicate changes in a timely manner

  • Renew licenses prior to them expiring for eligible employees

  • Run licensing audits to assure we are compliant – Excel based reports

  • Work in a Team environment and be responsible for your own tasks

  • Help us Improve

  • Any other tasks as assigned

Required Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)

  • Solve The Problem mentality

  • Communicate effectively – written and verbal

  • Pay attention to details

  • Meet deadlines, work fast, & be accurate

  • Email etiquette and good working knowledge of Outlook

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with co-workers and management

Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:

HS Graduate with at least 1-2 years working experience.

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
