Insight Global IT Logistics Coordinator (Part Time) in Provo, Utah

Job Description

Global Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including

hardware and peripherals across all locations

Global Procurement and Receiving: Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment

globally, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation. Support computer repair

requests and facilitate loaners for damaged computers globally.

Asset Tracking: Maintain asset tracking systems to monitor the movement and location

of IT equipment.

Deployment and Configuration: Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new hires and

existing employees globally.

Global Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipping and receiving of IT equipment

globally, ensuring proper packaging and handling.

Process Management: Establish and update standard operating procedures for IT

equipment procurement processes to support international expansion

Stockroom Management: Organize and maintain the IT stockroom, ensuring a clean

and efficient workspace.

Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors to track orders, resolve issues, and support

contract negotiations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT logistics

processes and procedures.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional partners, like

People, Talent, and Procurement, maintaining smooth collaboration on shared

processes.

Skills and Requirements

1 - 2 years experience in IT logistics or a related field.

Proven experience in international shipping processes.

Proven experience with international vendor management.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and asset tracking tools.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Located in Provo, UT or surrounding areas. (Onsite at Provo office)

Ability to lift and move equipment. Proven experience in improving IT asset management processes.

Proven experience in establishing scalable, IT procurement and shipping processes

globally. null
