Responsibilities
Drive Innovation
: Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions that push the boundaries of autonomous haulage technology.
Collaborate Across Teams
: Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges,leveraging diverse expertise to engineer effective solutions.
Design and Integration
: Develop and communicate detailed system specifications to ensure optimal integration of subsystems.
Product Development
: Partner with architects,developers,and product managers to standardize,scale,and enhance Nexeo s solutions.
Test and Validate
: Evaluate test results to ensure compliance with product requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Risk Management
: Conduct risk assessments and integrate safety standards into every aspect of the development process.
Customer Engagement
: Travel to customer facilities,test sites,and mines to address issues,explore design alternatives,and provide hands-on support.
Leadership
: Mentor team members,fostering growth and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in a related field; Master s preferred.
5+ years of experience in system engineering,preferably in mechatronics or autonomous solutions.
Proficiency in V-Model Architecture,requirements generation,and communication protocols.
Strong analytical,problem-solving,and technical writing skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally,including site visits to mines and supplier locations.
Pay
Salaried | $110k - $140k
Schedule
