The Role

The Sr Manager Business Ops Manager will play a pivotal role in managing progress reporting, team metrics, performance indicators, financial results, and forecasts for the STEPN (Security, Technology, Engineering, Product, and Network) organization. This role involves preparing presentations for executive-level management, including BU Presidents and SLT, to represent the team's performance, financial, and unit results and forecasts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of metrics and analytics, with a background in forecasting and trend analysis.

The Main Responsibilities

• Manage progress reporting, team metrics, performance indicators, financial results, and forecasts for the STEPN team.

• Present to executive-level management, including Business Unit Leaders and SLT, to represent the team's performance, financial, and unit results and forecasts.

• Ensure all presentations created within the Business Operations team are high quality and appropriate for the designated audience (SLT, Board Members, etc.).

• Analyze key STEPN data and create actionable strategies rooted in the data.

• Conduct performance analysis and forecasting, including key metric dashboards.

• Oversee daily business operations within the STEPN organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes and workflows.

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

• Manage and mentor a team of business operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations and project execution.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Master's degree is preferred.

• 10+ years of experience or 8+ years of experience with a Master’s degree.

• Proven experience in business operations, metrics, and analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Knowledge of the technology and security landscape, with an understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
