About the Role:

As a Partner Content and Curriculum Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our partner training and education strategy. You will be responsible for managing inbound training requests, organizing and maintaining partner education resources and assets, and driving communication plans for the training curriculum. Your role will ensure that our partners have the knowledge, tools, and content they need to succeed in promoting and selling Confluent solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound training content requests from external Partners, the GTM Excellence team, and the

  • Partner Innovations Ecosystem (PIE) team, assessing needs and prioritizing accordingly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training offerings with business goals and partner requirements.

  • Track and report on training requests and outcomes to optimize content and delivery strategy.

  • Partner with the Learning Experience team to manage Partner learning paths and education assets on our learning management system (LMS), and the Confluent Partner Portal.

  • Organize and maintain an up-to-date repository of partner training materials, including guides, playbooks, e-learning modules, and certifications.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with business priorities; work cross-functionally to activate training content development projects. Identify gaps in partner enablement content and collaborate with content creators to develop new resources.

  • Ensure training assets are easily accessible and optimized for various partner audiences.

  • Develop and execute communication plans to promote training programs and drive partner engagement on the Partner Portal.

  • Craft messaging for newsletters, announcements, and partner portals to highlight key learning opportunities.

  • Gather feedback from partners and stakeholders to improve training experiences and materials.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years in partner or sales enablement, content management, or a related field.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple inbound requests and training initiatives simultaneously.

  • Content Organization: Experience managing and structuring large sets of training and enablement materials.

  • Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills to drive partner engagement.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to track and measure the impact of training programs and make data-driven improvements.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content repositories, and partner portals is a plus.

What Gives You an Edge:

  • Managing training content in the software and technology industry.

  • Familiarity with sales productivity solutions Docebo LMS and Highspot.

  • Experience using Atlassian Jira project management system.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $137,300 - $161,280 and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
