Insight Global Office & Facilities Coordinator in Providence, Rhode Island

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team onsite at a leading pharmaceutical company in Providence, RI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of general office coordination and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of their facilities. This job is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office, including stocking the kitchen, managing office supplies and inventory, and tracking expenditures.

-Intake and manage service requests within the facilities management system, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.

-Track and monitor purchase orders, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain accurate records.

-Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing facility needs and projects.

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Pay Range: $20/hr - $30/hr

Skills and Requirements

-Proven experience in office coordination or a similar role, preferably within a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.

-Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new applications quickly.

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills. null
