Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Production Supervisor for an end client in Prineville, Oregon where they manufacture residential doors. This person will be responsible for managing 20 general laborers and machine operators. Machines they will be operating are cold presses, laminators, saws, and Moulders. This facility works 4 days a week 10 hour days with some work on Friday's and Saturday's on a case by case basis. This person will be expected to work roughly 40-50 hours a week. He/she will be reporting to the production manager and be responsible for promoting safe work environment practices, delegate work assignments to ensure KPI's are being met and addressed, and enforce plant rules, policies, and procedures.

Skills and Requirements

At least 3+ years of work experience in a supervisory/management role in a manufacturing environment

experience managing 10-60 employees

Plant Management experience: enforcing safety practices, attention to Quality standards and requirements, deliver on production goals, and build trust with hourly employees. null
