As the Technical Services Manager, you’ll be working to support the business of our Customers. You’ll be supported by your team with to create Account Plans – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities

• Investigate and determine the technical needs of customers and draw up a technical service plan

• Provide service to customers in such a way that they are able to apply the Business Unit’s products safely

• Prepare colors pitch for customers. Analyse customer´s brand proposal and create color concept based on customer brand aspiration

• Prepare and deploy training for colors. Prepare and customize per segment. Include the various disciplines to craft the training (regulatory, commercial, application ….)

• Connect the Taste and Health organization to create joint concept using colors

• Create market intelligence regarding competitors and other colors in the market

You Bring

• Experience in the color houses or similar preferred

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience in science or technology for food and beverages

• Project Management experience

• Customer Intimacy

• Managerial and social knowledge and experience

• Good verbal and written communication
