Job Title: Summer 2025 Internship Program – Planning Intern

We are currently looking for a Summer Intern, Planning at our Plainsboro, NJ office.

The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025 and run through August 14, 2025

Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of capacity planning processes.

• Analyze production data and identify trends to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production goals and capacity constraints.

• Support the planning team in forecasting and scheduling production activities.

• Generate reports and presentations to communicate progress and results of improvement projects to stakeholders.

You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

• Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 – August 14, 2025
