But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities. How You’ll Spend Your Time:Supervising staff accountant and clerks Reviewing and approving payments to vendors / contractors Reviewing and approving payroll Handling month end close process Review and approve all proposed JEsReview all reconciliations for Balance sheet accountsPerforming Monthly Financial Reporting including FS, narratives and dashboardsBudgeting / Cash flow forecasting Working with Leadership of organizationsFacilitating outside annual audits Ensuring proper internal controls and enhancement of processesThe Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 1-2 years of accounting experience.  Outstanding communication skills Preferably experience with Intacct, QBO and/or NetSuite Accounting System. Willingness to travel to client sitesWithum will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability, or because they are a protected veteran.
