Your key responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Consumer Insights

  • Identify and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities.

  • Conduct gap analysis and gather market intelligence to address future needs.

  • Define target customer segments and understand their behaviors and preferences.

  • Insight-Driven Digital and Content Strategy

  • Support the digital marketing team by crafting compelling stories aligned with brand goals.

  • Develop content strategies that reflect emerging consumer and market trends for impactful engagement.

  • Strategic Marketing and Innovation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Leverage insights to drive innovation, contribute content, and promote technologies and value propositions.

  • Translate client briefs into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.

  • Customer Engagement and Presentations

  • Create visually engaging and impactful presentations that align with customer goals.

  • Enhance customer relationships by identifying potential business opportunities and aligning with their strategic objectives.

  • Support content development for digital marketing campaigns to resonate with targeted audiences.

  • Product and Brand Development

  • Collaborate with Business Units and Product Development teams to create new product concepts that address market demands.

  • Contribute to the brand value proposition by ensuring consistent messaging and enhancing the demo experience.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Business Units, and Creative teams to meet customer needs and financial targets.

  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team.

You bring

  • Education: BA/BS in Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience: Over 8 years of experience in Marketing and/or Consumer Insights.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the beverage category and consumer trends. Flavor and/or Ingredient experience preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficient in written and spoken English with a proven ability to present in an engaging manner.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Advocate for teamwork to drive improved outcomes, increase productivity, and promote a positive culture.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how CPG companies approach innovation, the marketplace, competition, and brand development.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in market research and data analysis.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to drive excellence in project execution to achieve goals and deliver results.

  • Creativity: Proven ability to think creatively with a strong curiosity to drive new ways of working.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
