Mettler-Toledo, LLC Engineering Technician in Princeton, New Jersey
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As our Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for laboratory scale testing on sensors, monitors, and control systems for both existing and new products, in accordance with our quality assurance standards. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Performing factory acceptance testing of process sensors and monitors used in critical processes in the biotechnology industry.
- Assisting in interpreting, analyzing, and organizing data results to improve future experiments.
- Maintaining accurate data records and periodically preparing technical reports for product R&D.
- Conducting lab experiments in laminate flow hoods with guidance and following safety procedures as required.
- Ensuring all products meet industry standards and customer acceptance criteria.
What You Need to Succeed
- Technical background in science or mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of production experience with electronic instrumentation or related lab work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work fully onsite at our location in Plainsboro, NJ.
This position is considered safety sensitive and is subject to drug testing as permitted by law.
