Miele, Inc. E-Commerce Digital Sales Channel Manager in Princeton, New Jersey

As part of Miele US Sales Team and reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the Digital Sales Channel Manager is responsible for the execution of a consistent consumer experience across Miele Business Partners' e-commerce sites. This role works in collaboration with global and local teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, B2B Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Category Management, and Consumer Services to understand and meet the needs of the e-commerce consumer. The objective is to increase Miele's brand and product visibility in a sustainable and strategic way to pursue the growth plan.This role is hybrid based in Princeton, NJ.Key Responsibilities:* Interface with Global and Local teams to execute consistent, best-in-class experiences across platforms, including campaigns, content, brand, and conversion.* Own e-commerce business partner catalog management and compliance.o Drive PDP optimization based on consumer sentiment and returns analysis.o Use Content Scorecard process to further enhance PDPs. o Align Business Partner catalog data with best practices.o Manage new Business Partner PDP launch process.* Collaborate with Global and Local Digital, Marketing, and Category Management teams and Business Partners to launch new or enhance existing products.o Manage reviews and proactive seeding of new product reviews pre-launch to drive awareness and buzz.o Coordinate Business Partner-specific GTM plan with internal and external stakeholders to maximize new product launch effectiveness.* Develop strong relationships with Business Partners to support growth plan.* Use digital tools to analyze voice of the customer, share of voice, review and ratings, unauthorized activity, SKU unavailability, and lost buy box.
